Scott Todd served as a Vice-President at the Hertz Corporation and has the unique experience of serving as a Senior Leader in 3 different corporate domains: Finance, Operations, and Information Technology. In 2012, Scott established STKT Holdings, LLC and began buying and selling rural land. Since 2014, Scott and his team have completed over 2,000 transactions, and he has taught over 1,000 other investors how to build a healthy passive income by investing in untouched rural land. In 2017, Scott and his partner, Mark Podolsky, began partnering with a small group of investors to help them build passive income businesses, which combined now generate over $100,000 per month. He is also the founder of Landmodo.com, the premier platform for buying and selling Owner Financed Land.
